PASAbilities
A weekly publication by the Public Affairs Student Association of Rockefeller College
This SATURDAY, OCTOBER 13 PASA is going to THATCHER PARK! Come alone or with friends or family. Go for a gentle hike, play frisbee or relax with a book. Enjoy the Park’s Fall Festival with pumpkins, crafts and fall comfort food. There’s something for everyone, so by our logic that means everyone should come! We will carpool/caravan from Rockefeller College around 12 noon. We’ll each bring some snacks, but please plan on bringing anything you would like to munch on or some cash for the Fall Festival. PLEASE EMAIL pasa@albany.edu BY THIS FRIDAY by 12 NOON IF YOU ARE INTERESTED (and whether you need a ride).
In case of rain or other undesirable weather, we will cancel the event by Saturday at 10am on our website. Please check this before coming.
Check out other goings-on at our College, our University and in our City. And be sure to visit our City Guide at www.pasarockefeller.wordpress.com for more events and resources!
PASA is now a Registered Graduate Student Organization (RGSO)
Although PASA has been around for years, we are now officially recognized by the University’s Graduate Student Organization! Basically this means that we have better access to University funding, have more street cred and are completely awesome. We will send PASA delegates to regular RSGO meetings on the uptown campus so that we can keep you all informed on graduate student benefits, events and plans. PASA will continue to bring you events and information as we have done for years.
