Faculty Candidate Visit—Wargia Bowman
Exact time & location TBA
Thoughout the rest of the semester, public administration faculty candidates will be visiting campus to make presentations on their research and to meet informally with students. This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to participate in the faculty search process and to get to know potential faculty members. Exact times and locations of the candidate presentations and informal discussions will be announced by the Department through the
MPP, MPA and PhD listservs. Please consider attending the upcoming presentations (which are also great opportunities to hear about doctoral research) and especially bringing a brown bag lunch and chatting with the candidates. At the end of the term, this sort of thing is takes time away from end-of-term tasks, but it is very important for the future of the College. We hope you will seize this opportunity for student participation and feedback! Please check your email for more information on each of the visiting candidates. IT’S YOUR SCHOOL– GET INVOLVED!

The story of a bitterly fought election for High School Class President, Election became a hit movie starring Reese Witherspoon and Matthew Broderick, and earned an Oscar nomination for “Best Screenplay.” Perrotta is also the author of a story collection, Bad Haircut: Stories of the
